-Strictly NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE. All orders received via the official order form are deemed final.
-MAKE READING A HABIT.
-We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone with bad record (both behavior and transaction-related) .
-All albums/goods are delivered by our suppliers sequentially and are received in their brand new and sealed condition. We will not held liable in the event that sealed products come with any missing inclusions and or the items have minor damages. Please note that during delivery time, scratches and tears on the outbox/sleeves are inevitable.
-All albums/goods will be shipped via J&T, provided that full payment has been made. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched to your courier via twt update, you can check the masterlist for your tracking #. Should there be further updates, we will notify you right away via SMS or Email.
-Our shop reserves the right to switch couriers without prior notice should we deem the current one unsuitable to process the delivery of your orders. In the event that this happens, we will notify you of the change via email.
-Transit time varies depending on your couriers and we have no control over the handling of packages post-shipping. We will not held liable for any delays or damages brought about the mishandling of shipments from our place to yours. However, you have our assurance that we will handle all items with utmost care while they are with us.
-Make sure to submit the form complete and with 0% error to avoid confusion.
-ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE unless stated otherwise.
-We do not have late fees because we're trusting you to comply within the given deadline BUT WE WILL HAVE A CANCELLATION FEE OF 200php.
-Buyers with unpaid orders will automatically branded as bogus buyer and will be blacklisted from our shop.
-Shipping fee might change because it also depends on the actual weight and size of your orders.
-Patience is a must! as the items arrive in the ph 4-5 weeks after the release date in Korea. Please take note the estimated time arrival (ETA) may change without prior notice.
-Some items are subject to have additional fees without prior notice in case our items have customs fees and/or the changes in our currency. Additional fees will be didvided into all the joiners equally.

Address & Other Recipient Information Changes
-Please send all address and other recipient information change requests (i.e phone #, recipient name, etc.) by replying to your order confirmation email. Note that changes can no longer be done once we've finished packing and shipping out of your order. Additional payment may be required if you are changing your delivery address from Metro Manila to provincial LBC/JRS pick-up. If it's the other way around, no refunds will be provided.
CANCELLATIONS
-As a general rule, ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED on our shop. Please understand that we spent a lot of time, effort, and money to get you your desired items. If you cancel any of your orders, whether voluntarily or as a result of non-payment, we will no longer include you in any of your future group orders.
LATE PAYMENTS
-We do not accept late payments nor do we collect late fees. Our store does not profit out of negligence so please be responsible and know your own deadlines. Any payment received after the deadline will not be honored. For group orders requiring down payments are non-refundable even if your order gets cancelled due to your failure of completing the full balance on time.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
-Please make sure to write the correct shipping address on your order forms. If you opted for LBC/JRS branch pick-up, please Google the complete address of the branch you wish to pick up your order from. Whatever address you writeon your order form is the same address we will use for shipping. If delivery fails or gets delayed due to incomplete address, we will not take responsibility.
ETA/PRICE/SHIPPING RATES/DELIVERY & COURIER INQUIRIES
-All of the above information are detailed in the order form. Please take time to click on the Google form link in the group order tweet and read the ENTIRE form before asking questions. This will save us both the time and energy, and will help us adress more pressing concerns in a timely manner. Please note that any questions with answers already available on our order forms wil be ignored.

Batch 5 & 6 - First 6 boxes are here in the PH but they're still not in my possession. Hopefully next week, Aug.9 onwards, phlpost deliver the boxes on my address. Remaining boxes are now in-transit via LBC
